TruAgility is a flexible exercise tool that can be used inside or outside. The bungee cord height is adjustable and you can go as fast or slow as you want. Exercise course layout is also flexible. Using Truagility helps me be with my conditioning and coordination.
If you ever ran tires at football practice this is a much improved version of that exercise.
